ARCADIA IT provides a minimum space of 3m x 3m and a basic booth for each vendor. The vendor can display his products and POS equipment within the booth space.

  • Pre-scheduled Meetings for Vendors, Buyers and Media

To avoid any problems for meeting arrangement and to keep the schedule tight ARCADIA IT provides a web-based meeting scheduling tool for buyers, vendors and media to pre-schedule their one-on-one meetings in advance. To keep the meetings efficient, each session lasts for 20 minutes maximum.

  • Keynote Speech

ARCADIA IT invites experts and industry insiders from the IT Industry to share information and their valuable insights.

  • Product Innovation Award

ARCADIA IT gives each vendor the opportunity to submit innovative products to a panel of experts. This panel will nominate the best products and grant awards for the most innovative products. The winning products will be announced on the ARCADIA IT website and promoted in the press releases following the event.

 

 

  • Boardroom Meeting for Product Presentation

Vendors will be given a limited number of boardroom meetings. During the boardroom meetings, vendors can present their company, product range and services to a selected audience. The boardroom meetings can also be utilized to launch new products.

  • Business Workshops

Professional and experienced consultants will host workshops and present case studies for attendees.

  • Incentive

The day following the official event, ARCADIA IT provides incentive arrangements for buyers and media at their own expense. For example, golfing, city tour in Macao, Hong Kong, Shenzhen (P.R. China) or Zhuhai (P.R. China).

The target of this international B2B IT event is to become an optimal platform in Asia for vendors to present their company, products and services of consumer I.T. within three days to a selected audience.
